PAREA is designed to provide an approved alternative to obtaining appraisal experience solely through the traditional supervisor-and-trainee model.
Technology supports the program, but the learning model is built around access to experienced appraisers, practical feedback, professional judgment, and real-world context.
The virtual design is intended to welcome candidates across jurisdictions that recognize the relevant PAREA pathway, subject to each jurisdiction’s rules and implementation.
OMG PAREA has been submitted to the AQB for approval. Program structure, enrollment timing, and final participation details remain subject to that process.
