01Designed for active CR appraisers
The bridge is for active Certified Residential appraisers who need qualifying non-residential experience to pursue the Certified General credential.

02Sixteen real-world assignments
The practicum is organized around 16 commercial and agricultural assignments that build experience across research, market analysis, highest and best use, approaches to value, reconciliation, and reporting.

03Two pace options
Candidates may pursue an intensive six-month full-time track or a 12-month part-time track. Both are designed around the same 1,500-hour experience outcome.
- Six months at approximately 56 hours per week
- Twelve months at approximately 28 hours per week
- Two required three-day Greenville residencies
04Experience—not qualifying education
The bridge provides structured non-residential experience. It does not replace Certified General qualifying education, the examination, application, or jurisdiction-specific requirements.
- CG qualifying education remains separate
- No partial credit for incomplete participation
- Verify home-jurisdiction requirements
Important: The program includes two required residencies in Greenville, South Carolina. Credential acceptance and reciprocity vary by jurisdiction; candidates should verify requirements with their regulator.
